Amsterdam Castle (Muiderslot)
Amsterdam Castle (Muiderslot) is over 700 years old and surrounded by a large moat and beautiful historic gardens. It’s one of the oldest and best-preserved castles in The Netherlands and is currently a national museum. The castles rooms and kitchens have been restored to look like they did in the 17th century and several of the rooms now house a collection of arms and armour.

Your private guide will drive you from Amsterdam in the direction of Amsterdam Castle. Arriving at the castle you will join your guide for a private tour through this magnificent medieval fortress. After the castle tour, your guide will take the scenic route over a dike and along one of the country’s most beautiful rivers ‘de Vecht’. During this drive you will enjoy beautiful views of typical Dutch farms, country houses, sheep and cows. Arriving at Utrecht you will join your guide for a walking tour of Utrecht’s city centre.
