Amsterdam Castle (Muiderslot)
Amsterdam Castle (Muiderslot) is over 700 years old and surrounded by a large moat and beautiful historic gardens. It’s one of the oldest and best-preserved castles in The Netherlands and is currently a national museum. The castles rooms and kitchens have been restored to look like they did in the 17th century and several of the rooms now house a collection of arms and armour.

Your private guide will drive you from Amsterdam in the direction of Amsterdam Castle. Arriving at the castle you will join your guide for a private tour through this magnificent medieval fortress. After the castle tour, your guide will take the scenic route over a dike and along one of the country’s most beautiful rivers ‘de Vecht’.
